JEEVAN KAVANAM…A novel poetic genre – 100 stanzas in FREE VERSE. I think it is d first of its kind.(Recently KOKILAMMA PADAALU by Adrushta Deepak appeared which is said to be a shatakam of verses in matra chandassu) Hence I would like to CONGRATULATE you first. 

I won’t go in detail, but want to say some salient features I have perceived in your poetry. 

The refrain (makutam) is a powerful statement showing the vigor of d poet.

Coming to the content, the verses shrewdly depict the realities of the contemporary society. They are the very reflections of the conflicts and the friction in the society.  Hence prove their steadfast reliability and resourcefulness.

Though you have tagged them stanzas of free verse, they embedded an underlying rhythm and rhyme also, judiciously used at times. The gait of the lines goes in vicinity of that of a rubayat. That’s impressing. And more appealing and appraising – a deliberate poetic-construction is also there, like Vemana’s verses. The first two lines bring forth the proposition and an essence is churned there from and an inferential truth is stated in a preaching voice in the third line. This poetic construction appealed me more.
